Do you provide airport transfers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Private transfers in a chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce can be organised when you reserve your stay, or up to two hours before arrival. For guests pressed for time, our helipad operates from 07:00 to 22:00, with a twelve-minute flight from the international airport. Both services may be charged to your suite.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Bookings may be cancelled at no charge up to fourteen days before arrival. Cancellations inside fourteen days incur the first night; no-shows are charged the full stay. Suites and villas reserved under our Best Available Rate may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We always suggest travel insurance.

Is there a dress code?

Smart casual is expected after sunset in our restaurants and on the main casino floor. Gentlemen are asked to wear closed shoes and a collared shirt; a jacket from our cloakroom is available on request. Beachwear is welcome at the pools and lagoon bars during the day. Trainers, beach attire, and swim shorts are not allowed in the main restaurants from 19:00 onwards.

Can you host private events?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, beach pavilion, and rotunda are open for private hire, with capacities from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are a particular joy for us; our events director will prepare a proposal within forty-eight hours of a first enquiry.
